Our tomato powder is made from sun-ripe tomatoes, spray dried into a fine, tangy powder. Stir a spoon into gravies, soups or dal and it blends in within about 2 minutes. A 100 g pack gives around 10 uses. It is Jain-friendly and handy when fresh tomatoes are expensive or out of reach, such as on treks.
